  • What does a workout at Numa consist of?
    Numa workouts are built to make you stronger, more confident, and ready for real life—not just the gym. Every session is part of a smart, progressive program designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and stay consistent. With a focus on purposeful movement, our strength-based workouts are scalable for all fitness levels and led by coaches who actually care—guiding you with expert instruction and real encouragement. Whether you’re training in person or virtually, you’ll feel the energy of a supportive community that shows up, pushes through, and grows together. At Numa, we train with intention, we celebrate progress, and we build strength that lasts.
  • Is there a free trial?
    Yes! Your first class is free! Come try us out and we promise, you will be hooked! Beyond your first class, we offer a one month trial of unlimited classes for only $99!
  • Are your workouts appropriate for beginners?
    Yes! We specialize in training individuals of all levels of health and fitness. We meet you where you are at and safely progress your workouts.
  • Do your memberships include unlimited classes?
    Yes! Memberships include access to all of our class times and include full access to our virtual program.
  • How do payments work?
    Payments are made on a monthly basis through an auto withdrawal system.
  • How long are your classes?
    Our classes are 45 minutes long, including warm-up, instruction, workout and cool-down.
  • Is there an age requirement for strength sessions?
    Yes, those 16 years of age and older are welcome!
