Mon-Fri: 4:40 am, 5:30 am ,9 am

Mon-Thurs: 5:30 pm

Sat: 7 am workout, 8 am yoga

Virtual live workouts:

Mon-Fri: 5:15 am

Sat: 7 am, 8 am yoga

In Person Workouts

Our high energy, 45-minute classes consist of HIIT training, Strength Training, Boxing and Stability Training led by our team of coaches who are all Certified Personal Trainers! Our coaches show up to every workout excited and ready to give you 100% to assure you have a great workout every time you are with us! Our workouts are designed for all levels of fitness. We are ready to help someone new get started AND we are ready to push those who are looking for a challenge. Our classes are fun, challenging and safe! Our community Is welcoming and supportive. Our classes are offered Monday through Saturday.

Our unique Numa Progression Program

Our workouts are written like a personal training program. Our first two weeks of workouts repeat for the third and fourth weeks. When you see the workouts for the second time each month, they are PROGRESSED. Workouts can be progressed in ways such as more challenging exercise options, more work time, less rest time, and heavier weights. Our progression workouts allows for every member to feel confident and ready to intentionally work to progress each month.

NUMA Exclusive is a place for encouragement, support and accountability for our members! Healthy tips and recipes are shared as well as studio updates. This is a place to stay connected outside of NUMA!

Mindbody App

With the Mindbody App, you book your classes and create your workout schedule. Our flexible schedule allows you to book Into the classes that work best for your schedule. Coaches keep track of attendance and hold members accountable.

Numa Community

What makes NUMA stand out the most is our community. Our community exists to encourage and to move each other forward. We are encouraging and accepting. We cheer each other on. We hold one another accountable. You will be a part of a community of women just like you who are showing up and making their health a priority.

Numa Virtual Workouts

Our high energy, 45-minutes classes consist of HIIT training and Strength Training and are led by our team of coaches who are all Certified Personal Trainers! Our coaches show up to every workout excited and ready to give you 100% to assure you have a great workout every time you are with us! Our workouts are designed for all levels of fitness. We are ready to help someone new get started AND we are ready to push those who are looking for a challenge. Our classes are fun, challenging, safe and very effective! During our virtual workouts, our coaches will know your name and your story! We will correct your form, help you modify when needed, and challenge you when you’re ready! Our workouts are done in real time with other people showing up with you! You leave every workout feeling accomplished, energized and strong! The first class of every day is recorded and posted in our members only Facebook page as well!

What equipment do I need for Virtual Workouts?

All you need for our at-home workouts is a set of dumbbells, preferably 8 lb. IF you do have more equipment like heavier weights, resistance bands, a bosu ball, etc., we will also help you incorporate those into your workouts as well!

Virtual Accountability Program

We learned very quickly when we first started our virtual workouts that our virtual members want and need accountability too! So we now offer our virtual check-in system so our coaches can see when and how often our members are getting their workouts done, whether they are live or completed by doing the recordings! This offers high accountability when working out from home. Also, workouts are added up and tank tops are EARNED!
